★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Anzi nessun servizio fornito. Offendono il cliente affermando che la mancata consegna sia dovuta ad l'indirizzo è errato, anche quando gli è stato fornito dal comune stesso e quindi per definizione non può essere errato. Ridicoli, dovrebbero revocargli tutti gli appalti.
Bad service. Indeed no service provided. They offend the customer by stating that the non-delivery is due to the address is incorrect, even when it was provided by the municipality itself and therefore by definition it cannot be wrong. Ridiculous, they should revoke all contracts.

Pacchi vengono consegnati sempre in ritardo o addirittura mai consegnati.
Chiamano chiedendo di poter spostare la consegna al giorno dopo e poi non consegnano.
Poor service.
Packages are always delivered late or even never delivered.
They call asking to be able to move the delivery to the next day and then don't deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Consegne puntualmente in ritardo. Al telefono non rispondono mai. Mi é stato chiesto dal corriere se potessi andare io al comune affianco così lui non sarebbe venuto solo per il mio pacco. Mi auguro che fallisca domani tutta la rete.
Bad experience. Deliveries on time late. They never answer the phone. I was asked by the courier if I could go to the town next door so he wouldn't come just for my package. I hope the whole network fails tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fronte di un tempo di recapito di 3-5 giorni, oggi è il 12/10 sono a 8 giorni di attesa e ancora il tracking lo da nella citta di partenza, comunicazione impossibile perchè non rispondono mai, che dire, se vedrò che il corriere è questo mi guarderò bene da ogni tipo di acquisto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un continuo disservizio. Assistenza praticamente nulla. RitirI non effettuati, consegne che arrivano in ritardo, piattaforma digitale sempre malfunzionante. Il solo numero disponibile per assistenza devia la chiamata in Albania e si conclude sempre allo stesso modo: mandi una mail.
Peccato che non rispondo a nessuna mail o la fanno in maniera evasiva dopo giorni e giorni.
Sono in attesa di un rimborso per un ritiro pacchi mai avvenuto da oltre un mese.

Too bad I don't answer any emails or do it evasively after days and days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio ultrascadente, i " postini" , non identificabili perché su auto senza alcun contrassegno, non suonano inseriscono avvisi precompilati e fuggono come il vento, quando ti affacci sono scomparsi non dando neanche 10 secondi per rispondere.
O li pagate meglio o gli date meno corrispondenza da consegnare.

Gli incaricati vinceranno le Olimpiadi di fuga, anche con persone girate di spalle non le chiamano ma inseriscono furtivamente l'avviso, un modo di fare sconosciuto a tutti gli altri corrieri più professionali sicuramente.
Il call center di riferimento offre un servizio semplicemente schifoso non rispondono mai e quando lo fanno danno delle non risposte, perché dicono di non sapere nulla, allora a che serve? Togliessero la persona che risponde, almeno risparmiano.
