Segnalo inoltre che avere l'appuntamento non esula dal fare la fila all'ingresso seguendo la numerazione in ordine di arrivo: correttissimo, ma saperlo prima non guasterebbe. Ma dai vertici nessuno prende provvedimenti? Probabilmente sono peggio dei sottoposti. Assurdo! La scusa del covid ha dato in testa ad alcuni impiegati statali. To say the least shameful! F	Flint Meatball on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella é essere generosi...vergognosi..dopo un'ora e mezza di fila ,da premettere che mi ero recata lì già nei giorni prima per richiedere tutti i documenti necessari , entro e la signora allo sportello patenti ( capelli corti e brizzolata ) é stata a dir poco scorse , per una fotocopia di un documento mancante ( cosa che non avevano detto che oltre l'originale bisognava presentare anche la fotocopia)e lei con il suo ardire e tanto di fotocopiatrice affianco mi ha detto che dovevo recarmi ad un bar per farla e rifare la fila.. vergognosi per 4 ore al giorno che lavorate almeno abbiate il buon senso di svolgere il vostro lavoro con cortesia e come si richiede. Pessimi. Allo sportello patenti c'è una ragazza gentilissima sempre molto disponibile ad aiutare l'utente. P	Paolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella vergognosi.. ,da premettere che mi ero recato lì già nei giorni prima per richiedere tutti i documenti necessari per lo smarrimento della targa , (pago i bollettini) porto tutti i documenti che mi erano stati richiesti entro e un signore allo sportello pratiche auto consegno tutti i documenti e mi viene detto che loro questa pratica non la possono fare, gli dico che i documenti mi erano stati dati da un suo collega, mi riferisce che non gli importa chi mi aveva dato i documenti, ma che loro questa pratica non la trattavano e che dovevo rivolgermi al PRA, per non portarla a lungo prenoto online al PRA E NEANCHE LORO EVADONO questa pratica e mi viene riferito che bisogna andare per forza, ad un'agenzia privata. Cose da non credere una legge fatta dallo stato (Modelli Unico), e lo stato non la evade, VERAMENTE UNA COSA VERGOGNOSA, che purtroppo solo in Italia può accadere.
