In poche parole il divano me l'hanno lasciato davanti la porta di casa perché non sono riusciti a farlo entrare, alla mia richiesta di darci una aiuto a farlo salire dal balcone di appena 2 metri e trenta, la risposta è stata no perché loro per 50 euro che prendevano per consegnarlo questo non lo potevano fare per eventuali danni, piuttosto se lo sarebbero riportato. . Aggiungo che ho detto loro che mi sarei assunta la responsabilità di un possibile danno. Che poi alla fine se mi avessero aiutata,gli avrei pure dato qualcosa di mancia per la cortesia. Ho chiamato altre 2 persone che con i miei figli lo hanno tirato su con 5 minuti alla fine... Poco professionali e gentili. . Mi hanno risposto che il cedimento strutturale è dovuto a un utilizzo incauto... Quindi appoggiarsi di peso per alzarsi è un uso incauto... La prossima volta 2200€ li spendo da un'altra parte... Io e I miei cinque familiari che abbiamo comprato da voi.... Dato che ognuno ha dei difetti di nn poco conto... Comprati 6 divani nell'arco temporale di tre mesi...
