★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto complesso il modo disorganizzazione degli uffici poche persone davvero intezionate ad aiutarti tanto sfarzo di chi ci lavora e poca professionalita si salvano in pochi vergogna x la motorizzazione ci vorrebbero nuovi impiegati piu cordiali e garbati

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero risposte al telefono, sito inesistente, non si capisce se sono aperti o chiusi. Ma poi magari gli danno pure i premi qualità. Meritate di perdere il posto di lavoro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ File disordinate, attese estenuanti, nessuna presenza di personale che gestisse la situazione, apertura al pubblico ufficiale alle 9 ma realmente solo alle ore 9.30 hanno cominciato ad essere operativi, nessuna possibilità di prenotare i servizi, lentezza nella gestione delle pratiche (riporto la mia casistica: dopo 30 giorni di attesa per il ritiro della nuova patente, dopo non aver ricevuto nessuna risposta telefonica alle mie oltre 60 telefonate, dopo oltre 2 ore di attesa per essere ricevuto, mi dicono che la mia patente non è ancora pronta e che devo ritornare nei prossimi 10 giorni). Pessimo esempio di struttura pubblica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono al telefono! Arrivi e trovi tutto chiuso non c'è un ufficio per chiedere informazioni una vergogna cambiano l'orario a caso senza aggiornarlo su internet. Questo è il caro prezzo da pagare se vuoi stare in Sicilia terra senza controlli!
They don't answer the phone! You arrive and find everything closed there is no office to ask for information a shame they change the time at random without updating it on the internet. This is the high price to pay if you want to stay in Sicily, land without controls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo é vero non rispondono mai al telefono. Ho chiesto loro perché non rispondono e mi é stato detto che spesso sono occupati ma...era chiaramente una bugia!!
Non avendo macchina per arrivarci ho fatto un'ora di camminare prendendo verso la fine una scorciatoia che si chiama " Salita Alessi" fatta da una lunga scalinata! Alla fine lí davanti gli uffici fuori tanti uomini che facevano la fila senza un ordine e non sapendo che era l'ultimo arrivato.
Fornisco fito della scalinata che inizia accanto l'ufficio postale di Viale la Vittoria.?
Unfortunately it is true they never answer the phone. I asked them why they don't respond and I was told that they are often busy but ... it was clearly a lie !!
Having no car to get there I made an hour of walking taking a shortcut towards the end called "Salita Alessi" made by a long staircase! In the end, there were many men standing outside the offices who queued without an order and not knowing that he was the latest to arrive.
I supply phyto of the staircase that starts next to the post office in Viale la Vittoria.?
