★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetente. Ho chiesto informazioni sull'orario dei bus e mi hanno dato orari sbagliati facendomi arrivare un'ora in ritardo. Bastava andare sul sito di Trentino trasporti per avere i dati giusti, l'ufficio è più che inutile, è dannoso!

Nulla, guardava con aria superiore e stop... Al ché gli ho detto che avevo una prenotazione e, accorgendosi che non eravamo nel posto giusto, con snobbismo ci ha detto che era l ufficio dopo.....
Ma sta persona lavora col turismo???
Ma direi che con il pubblico non deve starci....
