★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place. We were there twice in 2013 and we are already planning the next visit. Friendly and capable staff, homelike interior and atmosphere and absolutely gorgeous cuisine!!! Orderliness and cleanliness.
My family really loves this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is lovely. We've had two different experiences throughout our stay here - during the first half of our trip we experienced absolutely impeccable service. The waitstaff recognized us and even recalled our order, having it ready for our nightly ritual in the lobby. However, when the staff changed, we experienced less hospitable staff. One night in particular we felt uncomfortable at the bar since the staff made a single drink, remarked "goodbye" and was never seen again, although we had guests arrive. At dinner we also experienced a staff member say "please don't order a cocktail, I have to go downstairs to get it". In the days preceding, the owners would often make rounds and check in on their guests which was a lovely, personal touch.
The rooms are very modern with beautiful showers, and the location is great with access to hiking, the bike park and in the winter skiing.
The spa is also quite nice. Some of the shower heads don't work perfectly.
The breakfast! Is so amazing, particularly after only finding juice and croissants at literally every other place. Eggs, fresh pressed apple and carrot juice, pastries, fruits, cheeses ... Coffee, tea. So delicious! Worth it just for the breakfast.
Overall I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! The staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. Food is delicious most of the time. I liked the dinners a lot, only the shrimps could be more al-dente.
I loved free fresh orange juice and amazing variety of teas for the breakfast.
Pool and saunas are very good. Rooms are quite big and modern.
There is underground parking, but not very spacey and maneuver skills are required. There is also parking in front.
Ski buss stop is just beside hotel. Grocery shop in the nearby.
I wish the wifi was better.

And the outdoor pool was fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 3 years we were (finally!) able to come back, since Hotel Palace Ravelli is our home away from home since many years. Our company grows year after year and so does the hotel. A lot has changed for the better, without losing it's warm, welcoming family vibe. Very modern yet cosy. The staff is really friendly (they adored our little 9 month old daughter) and professional, the food is delicious (and if you don't like the choices on the menu, they just make you something else). The owner checks in every day (he even speaks some Dutch) to make sure everything is ok or to bring you some more food or a some extra's. The have upgraded the bar to a professional cocktailbar and the wellness and outdoor swimming pool our just amazing. A fantastic place to stay, that makes you even forget sometimes that you have to go out and enjoy the slopes and snow too :-)

Beautiful renovated interiors with bold use of natural wood, amazing outdoor pool with hot water and large indoor pool. Outstanding cleanliness. At the same time a great choice for families with kids. Wonderful hotel to boost your skiing holidays to perfection.
