★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio scadente per qualcosa di utile ed indispensabile, eseguito da un unico sportello con unico addetto alle carte d'identità, ovviamente con un carico di lavoro non indifferente. Pochi e limitati i giorni e le ore di apertura al pubblico, tutto con inevitabile ed infinita coda d'attesa senza nessuna possibilità di accomodarsi. Tempi di consegna molto lunghi.
 Poor service for something useful and indispensable, performed by a single desk with a single identity card employee, obviously with a considerable workload. Few and limited days and hours of opening to the public, all with inevitable and endless waiting queues without any possibility of sitting down. Very long delivery times.
