Oggi appuntamento alle 11.00 x ecografia alle 12.15 ancora manco se ne parlava , ho dovuto abbandonare l impresa. DICO UN PO' DI DIGNITÀ. Really disgusting organization and staff at reception. Avevo un dubbio per aver contratto il covid e per la loro sicurezza non mi sono presentato all'appuntamento. Ho inviato un messaggio tramite Whatsapp, che loro utilizzano solo per prenotazioni, avvisandoli del potenziale pericolo; la loro risposta, sempre con messaggio e stata imbarazzante. Risultato: non mi hanno considerato e non si sono nemmeno degnati di contattarmi per spostarmi la prestazione. Dopo un paio di giorni sono risultato positivo al covid e grazie alla mia prudenza ho evitato eventuali altri contaggi. Che delusione! I will report them to whoever is competent. Quando si parla male degli arricampati Paternesi un motivo o c'è. Il pagamento però è stato fatto puntualmente. Mi chiedo...ma un assistito anziano o diversamente abile come avrebbe fatto.
