Non mi è stata offerta nessuna soluzione per mediare. Non ci tornerò più. They were wrong to sell me a box of lenses, wrong gradation, I was wrong in not having checked the number on the box. Da Google l'orario di apertura segnalato sono le ore 9, non esiste un sito e sulla loro pagina Facebook non trovo orari di apertura (questo per far capire che ho cercato soluzioni in più modi al problema). Sono passata alle 9:10, poi alle 9:40, ho aspettato altri 10 minuti e me ne sono andata. Ho anche provato a chiamare sperando in un messaggio/avviso telefonico ma nulla. Rispetto per la clientela credo sia anche questo, trasparenza e rendere chiari gli orari di apertura del negozio. Furthermore when I payed them I forgot to ask for the invoice, the very next day I came back to the optics but they refused to issue me the invoice. They said I should have asked at the time of payment. Worst experience ever. I will never come back. The ladies at the front desk are very arrogant
