★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The castle is fine. Views are ok. The trees are too tall to see much of the city. There is a church and a museum. Its a nice place to walk around for free if you wish. There is a cafe in the square too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice views and relaxed area. A must if you are visiting Udine. The main room is beautiful. The restaurant by the castle very nice. I didn't visit the museum at the castle but it seems interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udine is beautiful, with an abundance of ancient budings, vibrant citylife it is a great place to visit. A short walk from the city uphill is the castle. With a museum with a wide collection of artefacts such as photos, paintings, frescos, and others such as coin collections. Next to the castle is a restaurant where you can rest after a great stroll through the castle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place on the top of the hill near the Udine castle. The way to the hill is started at Piazza della Libertà through the Arco Bollani. In good weather you can enjoy views of the Alps. Unfortunately in my visit it was a bit foggy.
