Qui è possibile visitare anche il rifugio militare antiaereo della seconda guerra mondiale. Bello anche il ripristino degli edifici e degli elementi architettonici dell' area. Small garden suitable especially for children who live in the city because there are games made available by the municipal playroom. Here you can also visit the WWII military air-raid shelter. The restoration of the buildings and architectural elements of the area is also beautiful.

Difficile andarci a fare una passeggiata, troppo piccolo, meglio soffermarsi a riposare o a leggere un libro. A la stranezza di avere al suo interno anche un rifugio antiaereo!!! Dovesse servire. Il giardino è intitolato ad Alessandro del Torso in quanto egli possedeva sia questo giardino sia una casa che furono acquisiti dal comune. Alessandro nato nel 1883 era un conte, con una incredibile passione per gli sport. Nel 1928 partecipò ai giochi olimpici nello Skelton singolo terminando 7º. Fu il secondo presidente dell'Udinese calcio. Morì a Udine nel 1967. Nice park in the center. A little on the small side but extremely quiet. Difficult to go for a walk, too small, better to stop to rest or read a book. A the oddity of having an air-raid shelter inside !!! Should it serve. The garden is named after Alessandro del Torso as he owned both this garden and a house which were acquired by the municipality. Alessandro born in 1883 was a count, with an incredible passion for sports. In 1928 he participated in the Olympic games in the single Skelton finishing 7th. He was the second president of Udinese calcio. He died in Udine in 1967.
c	carmen mossenta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bello e tranquillo, andrebbe aggiunta qualche aiuola di fiori per dargli anche un pochino di colore maa anche così è carino. Nice and quiet, some flower beds should be added to give it a little bit of color but even so it is cute.
M	Manuel Ianesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricordi della mia infanzia, un posto quasi sconosciuto a molti nel cuore di Udine, il giardino è tenuto molto bene e la ludoteca vicino lo riempie di bimbi in primavera/estate. Interessante anche la visita al bunker antiaereo che, chiudendo gli occhi ti fa rivivere attimi drammatici del periodo dei bombardamenti dell'ultima guerra (e ritornano alla mente i racconti di mia nonna e sua sorella con cui andavo quando venivano a casa dei miei genitori) Peccato che negli ultimi anni parecchi profughi vi bivacchino. Memories of my childhood, a place almost unknown to many in the heart of Udine, the garden is very well kept and the nearby playroom fills it with children in spring / summer. Also interesting is the visit to the anti-aircraft bunker which, closing your eyes makes you relive dramatic moments of the bombing period of the last war (and the stories of my grandmother and her sister come back to mind with whom I went when they came to my parents' house). that in recent years several refugees have been bivouacking there.

L	Luca Ramello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A magnificent place and a rare one. The last count that proxy-like managed the garden unfortunately died, yet well-aged some years ago. Supposedly the townhall Udine manages it now. Sorrowfully the garden lacks flowers and also an historical description of the "endroit". The central quadreangled bulding is a single peace of art and needs a description to better appreciate its structure and roof-paintings.
