Avevo paura di impegnare molto tempo e di dover fare "avanti e indietro" da Francoforte, (che in questo periodo di Covid diventava ancora più complesso). Grazie allo staff della Ubicor, che ha capito le mie esigenze, ho trovato già al secondo appuntamento di giornata la mia casa perfetta. Grossi limiti derivavano appunto dal problema che avevo con la distanza da Padova e quindi l'impossibilità a presenziare sempre. Come se nulla fosse hanno ugualmente seguito per bene tutta la pratica e anche sul lato mutuo c'è stato un aiuto davvero importante. Living in Germany for work, after I finally found a job in Padua, I needed to find a home for myself and my family. I was afraid of taking a long time and having to "back and forth" from Frankfurt, (which in this period of Covid became even more complex). Thanks to the Ubicor staff, who understood my needs, I found my perfect home already on the second appointment of the day. Big limits derive precisely from the problem I had with the distance from Padua and therefore the impossibility to always be present. As if nothing had happened, they also followed the whole practice well and also on the mortgage side there was really important help.
