If I could give zero stars it was better, they are not professional at all, they are liars who only think of taking home their salary. They do not execute the agreements they make their own way they are rude unprofessional. Absolutely to be avoided as an agency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla richiesta di fissare un appuntamento per vedere una casa, mi sono state fatte un sacco di domande, del tipo se compro da solo, se devo prima vendere, se lavoro o meno, se devo chiedere un mutuo e se al 100% o meno.
Alla mia risposta “devo ancora valutare se al 100% o meno, non lo so”, mi hanno risposto che dovevano saperlo subito, per cui ho detto che non ero più interessato.
Pessimo modo di approccio al cliente, che mette solo pressione e non porta a niente, sembrava un interrogatorio.
When asked to make an appointment to see a house, I was asked a lot of questions, such as if I buy myself, if I have to sell first, if I work or not, if I have to apply for a mortgage and if 100% or not.
To my answer “I still have to evaluate whether 100% or not, I don't know”, they replied that they had to know immediately, so I said I was no longer interested.
Bad way of approaching the client, which only puts pressure and leads to nothing, it seemed like an interrogation.
