Poi vai di persona e ditetro il cartello che avverte che l'accesso è tassativamente vietato causa Covid, sono tutti là, a gironzolare per gli uffici. Ma è davvero così difficile organizzare un afflusso decente, uno alla volta con mascherina e non interrompere le attività? Voglio vedere il casino quando riprenderanno. Tra l'altro con la flemma che sempre li contraddistingue, non oso davvero immaginare cosa accadrà unapproachable, detached phones, almost non-existent communication to the user. C	Cami Lucchetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo innumerevoli telefonate per spostare una visita di prevenzione mi son recata in ufficio. Son a corto di personale, hanno ristretto gli orari di ufficio. Rimangono sempre molto disponibili ma spiaciute di non poter esser vicino al cittadino. Speriamo (come han detto loro) che da Natale aumentino il personale per poterle aiutare. Centro pulito e ordinato anche se un po' datato. After countless phone calls to move a prevention visit, I went to the office. They are understaffed, they have restricted office hours. They always remain very available but disappointed that they cannot be close to the citizen. We hope (as they told them) that from Christmas the staff will increase to be able to help them. Center clean and tidy although a little dated.

Devo ammetterlo, mi è capitato di rado a Parma di imbattermi in medici così educati, oltre che bravi. 5 stelle per tutto, ma soprattutto per la gentilezza, una qualità importantissima che spesso finisce in secondo piano. Grazie davvero. I am truly amazed by the kindness and courtesy of the staff of this structure. I must admit, it has rarely happened to me in Parma to come across doctors who are so polite, as well as good. 5 stars for everything, but above all for kindness, a very important quality that often ends up in the background. Thank you very much.

Ma la puntualità è un optional? Vergogna. Scandalous. A whole class of kindergarten waiting for more than half an hour. And not that there was a queue. Nobody goes out to swab. But is punctuality optional? Shame.

SONO IN QUARANTENA COVID19 DA 14 GIORNI E NON MI HANNO ANCORA CHIAMATO PER FARE UN TAMPONE MOLECOLARE E ATTIVARE LA PROCEDURA DI QUARANTENA. ORMAI GUARITO DA SOLO CON MEDICI DI MIA CONOSCENZA MI è IMPOSSIBILE CONTTATTARLI PER FARE TAMPONE MOLECOLARE E TORNARE NEGATIVO E INIZIARE IL MIO LAVORO.... TERRIBILI... THEY WOULD DESERVE 0 STARS !!!! VERY POOR SERVICE, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, IT'S MANY DAYS THAT I TRY TO CALL. I HAVE BEEN IN THE COVID19 QUARANTINE FOR 14 DAYS AND HAVE NOT YET CALLED ME TO MAKE A MOLECULAR SWAB AND ACTIVATE THE QUARANTINE PROCEDURE. C	Chiara Ghillani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho eseguito un tampone molecolare, non solo mi è stato inviato il risultato non visibile in nessun modo ma oltretutto (dopo ore e ore di chiamate) riesco a mettermi in contatto, mi dicono che mi avrebbero risolto e richiamato a breve e ovviamente nessuno si è fatto sentire. L emergenza sanitaria forse poteva essere contenuta meglio con personale un minimo più adeguato e altruista I performed a molecular swab, not only was the result sent to me that was not visible in any way but moreover (after hours and hours of calls) I can get in touch, they tell me that they would have solved me and called me back shortly and obviously no one has made to feel. The health emergency could perhaps have been better contained with a minimum of more adequate and altruistic personnel

Siete fortunati ad essere dei parassiti Statali, se foste parte di una azienda privata verreste licenziati in meno di una settimana. Incompetenti, incapaci, MALEDUCATI come segnalato in decine di commenti. Che vergogna. Ieri, prima ancora che potessi fare qualsiasi domanda, l'operatore mi premette che lui non sa nulla. Ottimo, visto che il suo unico lavoro é dare informazioni. Oggi 120 telefonate dalle 9 alle 13, tutte senza risposta. Senza dubbio per voi questa é la normalitá. Spero che un giorno vi renderete conto di essere un peso per il nostro paese e di non avere mai dato alcun contributo di valore nel corso delle vostre carriere, se carriera si puo chiamare stare a bere caffé e giocare a solitario alle spese dei contribuenti per 30 anni.
