Stamattina mi sono recata in ospedale per un appuntamento fissato per le 7.00 in diabetologia,a 3 minuti delle ore 7.00, l' 'ospedale era ancora chiuso,allora sono entrata con un altra ragazza per chiedere informazioni a riguardo da una porta secondaria aperta,ci ha accolto malamente,presumo un infermiera,dai capelli corti e biondi che poi è rimasta fino le 9.30 davanti al totem per misurare la temperatura dei pazienti che facevano ingresso nella struttura ...ci ha intimato di uscire,senza neanche farci domandare,gridando:-" Sciò, sciò...uscite fuori!puntando con il dito verso le uscita e e alludendo che io in particolar modo facevo finta di non capire..." Ora non ci vuole un genio per capire che non sono i modi di rivolgersi alle persone, né tanto meno questa persona brilla di professionalità,anzi si è comportata da estrema cafona e mi dispiace che in un ospedale che funziona bene e ha tante persone professionali e gentili,poi deve scadere di qualità per questi elementi. Ovviamente poi al reparto diabetologia sono stata accolta bene,informata e trattata con gentilezza e grande professionalità .p I state that I have always found myself very well, given the 2 pregnancies I had, followed and completed in this hospital. I dirigenti dell'ospedale dovrebbero trovare personale più competente al ricevimento dei pazienti, come in tutti gli altri ospedali della provincia. Bad reception staff, rude and abrupt and this is not due to the emergency period. Gentisiime tutte le ostetriche, un ringraziamento speciale a Morena che ha fatto nascere il mio bimbo molto competente, molto paziente e gentile anche dopo 13 ore di lavoro estenuanti. N	Nadia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisognerebbe sempre avere un sorriso ,soprattutto ad apertura orari sportelli , soprattutto con le persone che si rivolgono educatamente agli sportelli e ai loro operatori , soprattutto con le persone anziane ,soprattutto quando si è in difficoltà. Al cup è vero che si prenotano visite ,ma con tutta la burocrazia che c'è in giro, potrebbe essere lecito fare qualche domanda in più e sarebbe molto carino se ci fossero risposte garbate piuttosto che annoiate. È un vero peccato che per colpa di queste mancanze da parte di qualcuno, il servizio e l'ospedale vengano penalizzati.
