Assistenza davvero scarsa. I've been trying to contact the structure for days and the phone is always busy or they don't answer and I don't know how to get in touch with them. Really poor assistance.

Forse non è chiaro che 'dica' è diverso da 'buongiorno'..(tanto per).. Urge corso base di pubbliche relazioni. The third floor property is valid. Of course if you are looking for sympathy courtesy at the reception you are in the wrong place. Maybe it's not clear that 'say' is different from 'good morning' .. (just for) .. Urgent basic course in public relations.

Ma la reception al terzo piano vale zero tranne quando ce una signora di nome Graziella lei si che sa fare il suo lavoro ma le altre 2 meglio che si ritirano.... Sopratutto quella che ho incontrato stamattina inculenta sgorbudica scostumata chi più ne ha ne metta... Oggi 6 set.2018 la signora se così si può chiamare ha rischiato grosso...rispondeva male a tutti..!!!!! Structure valid even the doctors nothing to say .... But the reception on the third floor is worth zero except when there is a lady named Graziella who knows how to do her job but the other 2 better retire .... Especially the one I met this morning, inculent, scowling, scorned, so on and on ... Today 6 Sep 2018 the lady if you can call it that risked big ... she answered badly at all .. !!!!!

Decisamente persona che non sa fare il suo mestiere, incompetente e grande maleducato. Do una stella perché non è possibile dare zero. Peccato che tanta dedizione sia vanificata dal pessimo comportamento dell'accettazione telefonica che, non rispondendo mai, ostacola le richieste al punto tale che sei costretto a rivolgerti altrove. Una vecchia storia italiana: nullafacenti in uffici pubblici a ostacolare l'impegno di persone qualificate. Ok on medical assistance, I accompanied a person the doctor was in advance and not the other way around, he stayed to LISTEN to the person, a careful visit, a telephone consultation with the specialist BEFORE making the referral. Good, competent doctors, they know how to give you all the information. the environment is clean and complies with anti-covid regulations. I don't understand the reason for all the negative criticisms.
