E non è nemmeno questo che mi fa scrivere la recensione, ma i 26 euro di multa per il parcheggio scaduto. 10 euro di più della radiografia. Peccato per un centro del genere in pieno centro città. Accettazione impeccabile. 1 hour late by appointment for radiological examination. Lost / misplaced reports slowing the queue. And that's not what makes me write the review either, but the 26 euro fine for expired parking. 10 euros more than the x-ray. Too bad for such a center in the city center. Impeccable acceptance.
G	GreenPearl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura pulitissima, igienica e rispettosa al massimo delle norme anticovid. Il ragazzo all'entrata che accoglie e misura la temperatura è gentile e coordinato. Ti chiede gentilmente cosa devi fare e ti fa entrare, facendo rispettare la distanza tra i pazienti. Le ragazze/i e le signore all'accettazione sono disponibili e veloci. Tutti i dottori che finora mi stanno seguendo (la dottoressa Teti in particolar modo, la quale si occupa di ecografie mammarie e altro) sono preparati, disponibili e professionali. Inoltre, l'attesa all'Usi in Via Virginio Orsini non esiste: il tempo di entrare, misurare la temperatura, prendere il numeretto e nel giro di pochissimi minuti si è all'accettazione. Neanche il tempo di pagare e prendere la fattura che già ti chiamano per la visita. Che dire? Mai vista una struttura che funziona meglio di questa! Non solo: la possibilità di effettuare visite convenzionate permette anche alle persone economicamente più modeste di usufruire dei servizi di questa struttura. Andrò a fare visite sempre e solo qui. L'USI è l'esempio che la buona sanità in Italia esiste. Structure very clean, hygienic and respectful to the maximum of the anticovid standards. The guy at the entrance who welcomes and measures the temperature is kind and coordinated. He politely asks you what to do and lets you in, enforcing the distance between patients. The girls / boys and ladies at the reception are available and fast. All the doctors who have been following me up to now (Dr. Teti in particular, who deals with breast ultrasound scans and more) are prepared, available and professional. Furthermore, there is no waiting at the Usi in Via Virginio Orsini: the time to enter, measure the temperature, take the number and within a few minutes you are at the acceptance. Not even the time to pay and get the invoice they already call you for the visit. What to say? Never seen a structure that works better than this! Not only that: the possibility of making special visits allows even the most economically modest people to take advantage of the services of this structure. I will always visit here and only. USI is an example that good healthcare exists in Italy.

Il giorno dopo sono andata allo sportello per l'accettazione, dove sono stata accolta con molta professionalità. More than positive experience, I went to the facility to ask for information and I was welcomed in an orderly and clean environment by Mrs. Giulia, who with extreme kindness and competence carried out all the anticovid operations, providing me with precision the information I requested. The next day I went to the admission desk, where I was greeted with great professionalism.

Ambiente pulito , l'intero personale è davvero molto gentile . Considerando che chi si reca in questi posti , non va di certo per goliardia , trovare tanta cordialità e gentilezza ti fa affrontare il tutto più serenamente. Speculare sulla salute in questo momento è davvero indegno. Mi sono rivolto a un altro laboratorio che ha mantenuto i prezzi costanti durante tutta la pandemia. What a shame! Sabato mattina ho svolto le analisi i cui referti sarebbero dovuti arrivare alle 16 del giorno stesso, purtroppo non è arrivato nulla e quindi ho provato a risolvere il problema chiamando. Mi hanno risposto dicendo che a breve avrebbero inviato tutto ma purtroppo ho atteso inutilmente; pertanto ho richiamato la mattina seguente e prima mi hanno messo in attesa per circa mezz’ora e poi hanno risposto in maniera scortese e maleducata prendendosi gioco di me con battutine (sapendo benissimo che i referti che stavo aspettando erano molto importanti per la mia salute) e alla fine la ragazza mi ha addirittura attaccato il telefono. Sconsiglio vivamente recatevi altrove. Great rude incapable and incompetent. Ci rechiamo alle 06.45 di mattina per effettuare un test di intolleranza al lattosio prenotato con grande anticipo per mia figlia dodicenne. Una settimana di dieta specifica e digiuno dalla sera prima. Chiamiamo il pomeriggio prima per eccesso di scrupolo e ci confermano tutto. Arriviamo al mattino e in tutta serenità ci comunicano che l'esame è stato annullato! Sostenendo fra l'altro di averci avvisato cosa assolutamente falsa considerando che ho il loro numero salvato sul telefono e per lavoro rispondo a tutti. Dopo la nostra evidente alterazione per il fatto e le risposte false ricevute, si degnano di ammettere il disguido. Esame eseguito una sola volta a settimana, inaccettabile non si venga avvisati in anticipo o ancora meglio, in un centro che si considera ben organizzato, non ci sia un sostituto che possa eseguire il test. Examination performed only once a week, unacceptable not to be notified in advance or even better, in a center that considers itself well organized, there is no substitute who can perform the test. You have lost some great customers. Never again.
