The first impression is that hygiene and cleanliness are really high on the list. The welcome is friendly and kind. Dr Chiantini and his staff are very professional with great attention given to making the patient comfortable and relaxed. Dr Chiantini trained in the United States so his English is excellent, which makes communication for those less fluent in Italian a real plus.

My first appointment was in 2002. I was very impressed with Dr. Chiantini and the state-of-art of his treatment rooms and equipment. Over the years he has continued to impress me with his professional approach to performing his services. Most of my visits are preventive, but there have been a few major events. In 18 years, I have never had an unpleasant experience, no matter how complex the procedure!

I suffered a fractured tooth while in Rome. My gum and face were starting to be in pain. Dr Chiantini agreed to see me on the day following my request, providing a prescription and advice immediately, to alleviate my situation. Next day, he treated me, doing a professional job very smoothly and at a very reasonable cost. I can recommend this clinic to anyone.

An acute tooth problem is really a big nuisance specially when one is pregnant and on vacation abroad. I was promptly admitted even without prior appointment.
