Ho assaggiato per la prima volta il “padellino” così buono che stasera sarei ritornata per assaggiarne altri. Personale gentile e accogliente così come il locale. Bellissimo arrivare nel borgo di San Giovanni in Fiore, e trovare una pizzeria d'eccellenza come le si trova in Campania: impasto della pizza davvero leggero e dall'ottimo sapore; vasta gamma di gusti tra cui poter scegliere. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Attenzione: tra le persone con cui mi sono recata presso U'Curtigliu, ve n'è stata una che ha preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi altrettanto ricco, sia di portate sia di gusto! La prossima volta assaggeremo anche la carne tanto consigliata da diversi conoscenti, nella speranza di poterla gustare sulla terrazza dalla vista impagabile di cui tanti parlano. TO BE BACK ABSOLUTELY! It is wonderful to arrive in the village of San Giovanni in Fiore, and find a pizzeria of excellence as it is found in Campania: really light pizza dough with an excellent flavor; wide range of flavors to choose from. All this was accompanied by an always helpful and kind staff. Attention: among the people with whom I went to U'Curtigliu, there was one who took an equally rich platter of meats and cheeses, both in terms of course and taste! Croccante come una bruschetta, goloso con base ai 5 cereali e carpaccio di manzo a mó di petali di rose, delicatezza all'ennesima potenza. Complimenti allo chef e davvero complimenti al maitre Luigi, professionale e preciso nel consigliare e far innamorare delle squisitezze della cucina. Una figura che fa la differenza. Il locale di recente realizzazione ha un arredamento moderno di buon gusto. Proprietario e personale gentili e competenti. Pizza cotta su forno a legna con farine miste di ottima qualità. No sete né reflusso a fine pasto (chi soffre di gastrite può capirmi ?). Carne cotta su pietra lavica a vista, birra artigianale del posto. Dolci di loro produzione. Un' ottima interpretazione, con i prodotti locali, di rivalutare il territorio di San Giovanni In Fiore , paese dal potenziale notevole anche nei periodi di bassa stagione. In ultimo , ma non meno importante, locale pulito. Lo consiglio vivamente come consiglio una bella visita a San Giovanni In Fiore Nice experience in this place near the Abbey of San Giovanni In Fiore in a characteristic alley. The recently built restaurant has a tasteful modern decor. Friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff. Pizza cooked on a wood oven with high quality mixed flours. No thirst or reflux at the end of a meal (who suffers from gastritis can understand me ?). Meat cooked on exposed lava stone, local craft beer. Sweets of their own production. An excellent interpretation, with local products, of re-evaluating the territory of San Giovanni In Fiore, a town with considerable potential even in the low season.
