Ho letto molte recensioni negative, a parte che trovi abiti stupendi, la titolare e le commesse a mio parere sono gentilissime, non hanno perso la pazienza con me che ho provato e riprovato gli stessi abiti per 4 ore!!!! per le occasioni importanti con loro vado a colpo sicuro! Optimal. I have read many negative reviews, apart from that you find wonderful clothes, the owner and the salesmen in my opinion are very kind, they have not lost patience with me who tried and tried the same clothes for 4 hours !!!! for important occasions I go with them without fail!

Passati 6 mesi, ad oggi, non ho ancora ricevuto delucidazioni! Purchased a Versace belt and after wearing it only 1 time, the closing hook has completely unsoldered; I found a bad service from the owner in this regard, as going to the store to solve the problem, he already told me a priori that it was not possible to do anything and that he would contact me again after getting in touch with the manufacturer. Non è mia abitudine fare recensioni negative anzi…La faccio solamente perché mi sono sentito trattato male,non preso in considerazione e liquidato. Ho comprato un vestito per mia figlia bellissimo ma evidentemente non adatto a lei ma fidandoci della commessa che ci rassicurava che con le eventuali modifiche sarebbe venuto bene lo abbiamo acquistato Siamo ritornati per due volte a provarlo e non andava ancora bene Alla fine abbiamo finalmente conosciuto la sarta, persona al quanto scortese e molto nervosa,forse perché prima di noi in negozio c’era stata un altro problema con clienti,la quale ci ha detto che evidentemente il vestito acquistato non era adatto a mia figlia, e ripeto è stato acquistato con la fiducia data alla commessa che il vestito si poteva modificare Vi ricordo care commesse e cara titolare che con 250 euro io non divento sicuramente povero e ne voi ricchi Da persone professionali quali vi sentite di essere dovevano accontentare le richieste dei clienti e non farli andare via visto che io personalmente vi ho detto che il vestito lo prendevo ma una volta tornato a casa non lo avremmo sicuramente sfruttato per la motivazione che era stato acquistato è molto probabilmente buttato.loro impassibili… Sono costretto a ricomprare un altro vestito a pochi giorni dell’ evento. Vi ricordo nel caso volesse qualcuno di voi volesse rispondere o contraddire, ho prove e testimoni di quanto descritto Grazie The shop owner should treat her customers better from my poor opinion… considering we are talking about a 10 year old girl !!!
