F	Fabio Catervi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra tutti i piatti di carne, era possibile ordinare solo maiale, tutti gli altri nel menù non erano disponibili (tagliata, filetto, fiorentina). Se manca un solo taglio, tipo ci può anche stare, ma di tre diversi se nessuno è disponibile c'è qualcosa che non va secondo me. Peccato ero andato per la tagliata che avevo visto nelle recensioni che non sembrava per niente male. Ordino il "piatto messicano": Hamburger, pancetta cipolla e patatine, anche su consiglio del gestore. Hamburger di maiale stile soletta del McDonald, stracotto. Patatine fritte classiche direttamente dalla busta surgelati alla friggitrice, senza infamia e senza lode, e cipolla stufata a pezzi minuscoli. Mi aspettavo cipolla ad anelli o fettine, magari caramellata o fritta visto che il piatto è "mex". Invece erano esattamente i cubetti avanzati dal soffitto e banalmente stufati. Pancetta senza sale. Magari la pizza è ottima, ma per il resto non ci siamo. Of all the meat dishes, it was possible to order only pork, all the others on the menu were not available (tagliata, filet, fiorentina). If only one cut is missing, like it can also be, but of three different ones if none are available there is something wrong in my opinion. Too bad I went for the tagliata which I had seen in the reviews which didn't look bad at all. I order the "Mexican dish": Hamburger, bacon, onion and chips, also on the advice of the manager. McDonald's insole style pork burger, overcooked. Classic fries straight from the frozen bag to the deep fryer, without infamy and without praise, and stewed onion into tiny pieces. I was expecting onion rings or slices, maybe caramelized or fried since the dish is "mex". Instead they were exactly the leftover cubes from the ceiling and trivially stewed. Bacon without salt. Maybe the pizza is excellent, but otherwise we are not there.

Tbone van een 1kg voor €30 en perfect gebakken. Absoluut een aanrader. Sorry er komt nog een toevoeging. Ik heb vandaag het lekkerste stuk vlees ooit gegeten. Voor iedereen die t-bone te groot vind, 300 gr rundvlees met grana pardano kaas en pistachenoten. Dit was echt zooo lekker. Mocht je in de buurt zijn ga daar eten. Ze hebben ook pizza's in 30 verschillende varianten, panini's en broodjes. Het is maar 15 minuten rijden van Santo Stefano Quisquina. Absoluut de moeite waard. Good food, friendly staff what you try to understand if you do not speak Italian and a great friendly owner and owner who really makes you feel welcome. Tbone of 1 kg for € 30 and perfectly cooked. Definitely recommended. Sorry there is another addition. Today I ate the tastiest piece of meat ever. For anyone who finds t-bone too large, 300 gr beef with grana pardano cheese and pistachio nuts. This was really sooo good. If you are in the area go eat there. They also have pizzas in 30 different varieties, paninis and sandwiches. It is only a 15-minute drive from Santo Stefano Quisquina. Absolutely worth it.
