Oltre che per la grande disponibilità e i prezzi concorrenziali, sono rimasto colpito dalla passione per la corsa del titolare, che è riuscito a convincere mio cognato, grande obeso e restio a qualunque attività, a iniziare a correre. Dopo qualche mese, di sua iniziativa, è tornato a trovarlo a casa per verificare che continuasse a fare attività e lo ha addirittura convinto ad acquistare una bicicletta, che non rientra tra i prodotti che vende, per diversificare gli allenamenti. Altri mi hanno confermato questa disponibilità estrema per il cliente

Inizio col dire che si definiscono dei professionisti.E come no... Dei professionisti della truffa legalizzata.Premetto che comprato questo tapisroulant da loro senza aver verificato le recensioni, altrimenti col cavolo che lo prendevo.La cosa fastidiosa è che nemmeno sentite le mie rimostranze si sono segnati di chiamarmi al telefono,anche dopo averglielo richiesto più e più volte.A un certo punto, dopo circa 50 e più mail scambiate con persone diverse, fanno scrivere pure dal loro avvocato, ridicoli.Morale della favola:mi hanno si restituito i soldi ma ho dovuto sborsare €140 di tasca mia per restituire un prodotto non funzionante.È una vergogna che esistano negozi del genere che si giustificano col diritto di recesso in questa maniera.
