Bad experience! I have to give a star but it would be 0! A piece broke one month after assembly and it did not pass under warranty! Rude and not at all friendly! (they closed the phone in our face). I don't recommend this shop at all! Unreliable people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il mio agriturismo ho acquistato da questa ditta una bellissima stufa a pellet stile antico ma con tutte le dotazioni come il telecomando che ne fanno un buon prodotto molto attuale. Siamo stati seguiti dal personale del negozio sempre disponibile e gentilissimo e molto corretto nell'illustrare pregi e difetti dei tantissimi prodotti che hanno. Abbiamo montato la stufa dopo oltre sei mesi dall'acquisto ed abbiamo richiesto l'intervento del loro tecnico per fare la prima accensione. Tecnico arrivato subito appuntamento preciso in orario intervento risolutivo. la stufa scalda che è una meraviglia .....Che dire non è facile trovare ditte serie che lavorano bene a prezzi tutto corretti e la loro disponibilità fa la differenza. Credo che volentieri resterò loro cliente .
For my farmhouse I bought from this company a beautiful old-style pellet stove but with all the features such as the remote control that make it a good and very current product. We were followed by the shop staff always available and very kind and very correct in illustrating the strengths and weaknesses of the many products they have. We assembled the stove after more than six months from the purchase and we requested the intervention of their technician to make the first ignition. Technician arrived immediately, precise appointment on time for resolving intervention. the stove heats up which is a marvel ..... What can I say? It is not easy to find serious companies that work well at the correct prices and their availability makes the difference. I think I will gladly remain their customer.
