★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero un po scettica nel mettere 4 stelle, in quanto sono stata protagonista di un episodio abbastanza sgradevole per un punto vendita come il vostro.
Ieri 14.12, sono venuta in store per acquistare i regali di natale, Beh sono rimasta dentro 5 minuti, ho trovato una commessa SCORTESE, decisamente oziosa e Cosa peggiore Fenomena. (Turno mattina-pranzo). In un battibaleno sono uscita dal negozio infastidita pensando che non avrei speso un centesimo.
Ripasso nel tardo pomeriggio, intorno le 19.00 (fortunatamente avevo dimenticato delle cose).
Ragazzi ho trovato un angelo, una ADDETTA VENDITE con la A maiuscola, gentilissima, preparata sul prodotto e un ottimo cross selling. Le abbiamo fatto presente dell'accaduto di poche ore prima e l'abbiamo ringraziata per averci fatto ricredere in quello store.
In negozio come il vostro le fenomene fanno perdere il cliente.
 I was a bit skeptical about putting 4 stars, as I was the protagonist of an episode that was quite unpleasant for a store like yours.
Yesterday 14.12, I came to the store to buy Christmas gifts, Well I stayed inside 5 minutes, I found a RUDE shop assistant, definitely idle and Worst Phenomenon. (Morning-lunch shift). In a heartbeat I left the shop annoyed thinking I wouldn't spend a cent.
Review in the late afternoon, around 19.00 (luckily I had forgotten things).
Guys I found an angel, a SALES ASSISTANT with a capital A, very kind, prepared on the product and an excellent cross selling. We informed her of what had happened a few hours earlier and thanked her for making us think again in that store.
In a shop like yours, phenomena make the customer lose.

The shop is beautiful and well stocked. A note of merit to the orders, extremely kind, courteous and never pressing. I had to make a change and they were really helpful.
