★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per cambiare le pastiglie di un freno ,cambiare la olio (del freno) e provarla su strada ( dicono loro) ci hanno messo DUE ORE E MEZZA facendosi pagare 55 euro l'ora. Riconsegnata mi è stato detto " il freno ora non frena, ha bisogno di un po' di rodaggio " SONO PASSATI DUE MESI E ANCORA NON FRENA. 170 euro in tutto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problemi con la frizione e con il cambio.Marco mi ha detto subito quale fosse il problema (bullone centro frizione).Per farmi tornare a casa in moto, ha fatto anche un tentativo di sostituire l'attuatore di frizione dalla sua moto alla mia dato che è identico ma purtroppo il problema era , come aveva previsto, il bullone della frizione.Premetto che era sabato e la moto l'ha aggiustata martedi , quindi direi ottimo.Mi ha fatto anche la cortese di tenermela per due settimane dato che abito a 300 km da Bolzano.quando sono andato a riprenderla , la frizione era un burro e la moto era perfetta.il costo della riparazione è stato nella di pochi euro superiore rispetto al mio meccanico di fiducia , quindi direi ottimo.Quando sono tornato a casa ho ricevuto un messaggio se il viaggio di ritorno fosse andato bene.Nonostante la disavventura con la moto ho conosciuto persone oneste , professionali e gentili! Ringrazio anche il meccanico (ora mi sfugge il nome) , perché è stato gentile e paziente mentre lavorava , perché mi spiegava cosa stesse facendo alla moto , non da tutti. Spero di tornare ma solo per salutarli e offrigli il caffè!
Problems with the clutch and gearbox.Marco told me right away what the problem was (clutch center bolt) .To get me back home on the bike, he also made an attempt to replace the clutch actuator from his bike to mine. which is identical but unfortunately the problem was, as he had foreseen, the clutch bolt. 300 km from Bolzano. When I went to pick it up, the clutch was a butter and the bike was perfect. The cost of the repair was a few euros higher than my trusted mechanic, so I would say excellent. received a message if the return trip went well, despite the mishap with the bike I met honest, professional and kind people! I also thank the mechanic (now the name escapes me), because he was kind and patient while he worked, because he explained to me what he was doing to the bike, not by everyone. I hope to return but only to say hello and offer them coffee!

Nel mio caso hanno addirittura prelevato il mio scooter da un altro meccanico per risolvere un problema collegato a un loro precedente intervento. Adesso sono in attesa che il problema si risolvi, ma per me già questo comportamento è sinonimo di garanzia e di professionalità.
Serious and reliable workshop that always tries to best satisfy its customers. In my case, they even picked up my scooter from another mechanic to solve a problem related to their previous intervention. Now I am waiting for the problem to be resolved, but for me this behavior is already synonymous with guarantee and professionalism.
