★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin eigentlich immer gern in den Gartenmarkt gekommen, weil die Qualität passt und die Mitarbeiter /innen zweisprachig sind. Heute allerdings waren wir dort und fragten nach einem Mittel gegen die Kräuselkrankheit eines Obstbaums. Der Mitarbeiter sagte, dass er uns ohne Giftpass nichts geben könne. Auf die Frage welche Alternativen es zu diesen gäbe, antwortete er mit scharfem Ton nur mit "Giftpass!!". Das haben wir als sehr unfreundlich und nicht besonders hilfsbereit empfunden, schließlich standen wir nun mit dem Problem gleich wie vorhin da. Gut, dass wir gleich in der Nähe eine Gärtnerei fanden, die uns ein passendes Mittel verkauft hatte. Schade, denn ein Hinweis oder Tipp oder ein einfaches "Weiß ich nicht" hätte ausgereicht.
Außerdem war die Frau an der Kasse so unfreundlich, wie ich es selten erlebt habe. Sie hat weder auf unser "Hallo", noch auf das "Tschüss" reagiert, nur weil es kurz vor Ladenschluss war. Beim Kunden vor uns starrte mit zornigem Blick auf die Ware, die sie nach dem Einscannen auf die Theke geschmissen hat, sodass einem dabei richtig unwohl wurde.
Von uns daher nur einen Stern und drei Kunden weniger.
I've actually always liked coming to the garden center because the quality is right and the employees are bilingual. Today, however, we were there and asked for a remedy for the leaf curl of a fruit tree. The employee said that he could not give us anything without a poison passport. When asked what alternatives there were to these, he answered sharply with "Giftpass!!". We found that very unfriendly and not particularly helpful, after all we were faced with the same problem as before. It's a good thing that we found a garden center nearby that had sold us a suitable remedy. Too bad, because a hint or tip or a simple "I don't know" would have been enough.
In addition, the woman at the cash register was as rude as I have rarely experienced. She didn't respond to our "Hello" or "Bye" just because it was close to closing time. The customer in front of us stared angrily at the goods, which she threw on the counter after scanning, making you really uncomfortable.
From us therefore only one star and three customers less.
