★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo! l'ho chiamato quando ancora la caldaia funzionava ma spiegandogli che a volte si bloccava. Ha detto che lui se non è rotta non la può aggiustare.... mi ha consigliato di far venire un muratore per fare un lavoro inutile dicendo che era sbagliata l'istallazione o che forse era colpa dei topi ma senza trovare niente di mangiato. Intervento di dieci minuti, pagato 40,00€ senza ricevuta per la chiamata, era chiaro che non aveva nessuna voglia di lavorare seriamente.
Il giorno dopo ho chiamato un altro che si è messo a fare delle prove smontando dei pezzi controllandone lo stato di usura finché non ha trovato una bobina da sostituire.
Pago volentieri la chiamata di qualcuno che mi risolve il problema, o perlomeno cerca di risolverlo, non a chi da la colpa a qualcun'altro e se ne va senza nemmeno aver fatto un tentativo.
 Terrible! I called him when the boiler was still working but explaining that sometimes it got stuck. He said that if it is not broken he cannot fix it .... he advised me to get a bricklayer to do a useless job saying that the installation was wrong or that maybe it was the fault of the mice but without finding anything to eat. Ten-minute intervention, paid € 40.00 without receipt for the call, it was clear that he had no desire to work seriously.
The next day I called another who started to do some tests disassembling some pieces and checking the state of wear until he found a reel to replace.
I gladly pay the call of someone who solves my problem, or at least tries to solve it, not someone who blames someone else and leaves without even making an attempt.
