Una volta capito che non c'era il prodotto giusto ci hanno aiutato a trovare soluzioni alternative in locali e negozi diversi in zona Lucca. Si sono inoltre offerti di prestarci una loro sedia!! Incredibile serietà, sorridenti, gentili e sempre disponibili e con grandecorientamento al problem solving. Fossero tutti come loro. 5 stelle!
We were looking for chairs, they were very willing to help us. Once we realized that there was not the right product, they helped us to find alternative solutions in different clubs and shops in the Lucca area. They also offered to lend us their chair !! Incredible seriousness, smiling, kind and always available and with great focus on problem solving. They were all like them. 5 stars!
