★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado sempre volentieri in questo negozio,hanno prezzi alla portata di tutti e oggettistica veramente carina e originale....peccato però che il personale non sia stato altrettanto carino oggi pomeriggio..io ed il mio compagno stavamo provando delle piante in un vaso,quando arriva la commessa dicendo un po' scocciata( non so se x il caldo che c'era, visto che non funzionava l'aria condizionata o x il fatto di lavorare di domenica)che quello era solo di esposizione,allora le chiediamo consiglio su quale vaso avremmo potuto comprare e lei altrettanto malvolentieri ci risponde che il negozio ne è pieno...a quel punto ci dice che se abbiamo finito la roba va rimessa al suo posto?...peccato,anch'io lavoro con il pubblico e non mi sognerei mai di trattare così la clientela interessata a degli acquisti perché sono loro a portarci lo stipendio e poi x certi lavori ci sei o non ci sei portata e si dà il caso che la commessa di turno era tutto fuorché disponibile ed empatica...
I always go to this shop willingly, they have prices within everyone's reach and really nice and original objects .... it is a pity however that the staff was not so nice this afternoon .. my partner and I were trying some plants in a vase, when the saleswoman arrives saying a little annoyed (I don't know if it was hot, since the air conditioning did not work or the fact that she was working on Sunday) that that was only for exposure, then we ask her for advice on which vase we could have bought and she just as reluctantly replies that the shop is full of them ... at that point she tells us that if we are finished the stuff must be put back in its place? ... too bad, I also work with the public and not I would never dream of treating customers interested in purchases like this because they are the ones who bring us the salary and then for certain jobs you are there or you are not brought to it and it happens that the shift clerk was anything but helpful and empathetic ...

Personale gentilissimo e sempre attento.
Tuttavia, in questi giorni mi sono trovato ad iniziare a sudare appena varcato l'ingresso.
....Ora, non dico di fare come da Zara, dove vieni investito da un getto freddo appena ci passi davanti.. ma certo passa la voglia di stare dentro... giusto il tempo di comprare quel che dovevo e sono filato fuori, troppo caldo.
Mi chiedo come facciano i dipendenti a lavorare con quel caldo e quei vestiti addosso..
SWEAT HOUSE
Staff very kind and always attentive.
However, these days I found myself starting to sweat as soon as I walked in the door.
.... Now, I'm not saying to do as in Zara, where you get hit by a cold jet as soon as you pass in front of it .. but the desire to stay inside certainly passes ... just long enough to buy what I had to and I'm spun out , too hot.
I wonder how employees work in that heat and those clothes on ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata molte volte e hanno cose molto molto carine. La commessa che ho trovato alla cassa (quella più giovane) è stata veramente scortese. Mi ha fatto venire voglia di non tornarci più!!!
I have been there many times and they have very very nice things. The saleswoman I found at the cashier (the younger one) was really rude. It made me want to never go back !!!
