Salvatore ottimo pasticcere di Sciacca, ha portato da anni una ventata di leccornie dolciarie siciliane meravigliosa. Anche se il "grandioso" pasticcere si è dovuto a malincuore assoggettare ai gusti dei non siciliani e quindi cambiare in poco alcune ricette della sua pasticceria (ricotta mista anziché solo di pecora; pasta di mandorla come abbellimento anziché pasta di zucchero; molto meno zucchero o miele nei dolci e torte, come le antiche ricette comandano), ciò non ha cambiato la bontà e la freschezza delle sue creazioni che fanno di questa pasticceria un vanto sia per la città sia per la Sicilia. Eppoi...è inutile ch'io esponga diecimila motivazioni. Andateci e scoprirete il Paradiso. Amazing example of Sicilian pastry in a context of Romagna rather than Sicilian. The owner, Mr. Salvatore, an excellent pastry chef from Sciacca, has brought a breath of wonderful Sicilian confectionery delicacies for years. Even if the "grandiose" pastry chef has reluctantly subjected himself to the tastes of non-Sicilians and therefore to change some recipes of his pastry (mixed ricotta instead of just sheep; almond paste as embellishment rather than sugar paste; much less sugar or honey in desserts and cakes, like the old recipes command), this has not changed the goodness and freshness of his creations that make this pastry a boast both for the city and for Sicily. La colazione è splendida, si può scegliere, dolce o salato della tradizione sicula, con una eccezzionale attenzione alla qualità dei prodotti. I bomboloni non sono capaci di farli in quanto ci vuole più crema e meno pasta sembrano krapfen. I più buoni dove li sanno fare bene con la vera crema bella gialla senza panna o acqua sono a Forlì al paila in via ravennate. Le torte non le fanno solo su ordinazione e il gelato è un po' acquosa non è bello compatto. La diplomatica come pasta non la fanno quindi vado da fagioli. I cannoli solo piccoli ultimamente non fanno neanche buoni la pasticceria secca con la pasta di mandorle troppo amare e il bucellato non sono proprio capaci la pasta è cruda e dentro è tutta una poltiglia. La pastiera pure non sono capaci rimane troppo vuota poca ricotta. I often go there the pastries are as good as the panettone at christmas but it makes few ... The donuts are not able to make them as it takes more cream and less pasta they seem krapfen. The best ones where they know how to do well with real beautiful yellow cream without cream or water are in Forlì al paila in via Ravenna. Cakes are not made only to order and ice cream is a little watery, it is not nice compact. Diplomats like pasta don't make it so I'm going to beans. Cannoli, only small lately, are not even good dry pastry with too bitter almond paste and bucellato are not really capable, the pasta is raw and inside it's all a mush. Even the pastiera are not capable of leaving too little ricotta.

Lo consiglio. Very good ice cream. Impeccable cleaning. The owner is very kind and nice. They also sell pastries for breakfast or a snack at any time. I advise.
