★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Banca funziona solo al mattino ,al pomeriggio ancora non capisco cosa fanno ,a questo punto uno se ha bisogno e lavora quasi che deve chiedere un giorno di ferie anche solo per pagare qualcosa ,bo comunque mai Più, Bnl non vedo l'ora di chiudere il conto che da metà dicembre che inviato la disdetta fatte con calma ragazzi

Sono una Cliente Bnl di CESENA, da piu' di vent'anni e ho deciso di abbondanare questa banca perche' sono diventati poco affidabili e professionali. I buoni clienti pagatori eligi vengono trattati nello stesso modo dei cattivi, hanno un atteggiamento arrogante, ma sopratutto ti rendono la vita impossibile con le loro normative assurde.
Tempo fa' mi hanno bloccato il conto perche' avevo compilato in ritardo un questionario on line, mandatomi da loro, Pazzesco!!!!!
Ho trovato un altra banca che risponde a pieno a tutte le mie esigenze...con serieta' ,professionalita' e competenza .Che dire...
Bnl bye bye ..a mai piu' arrivederci!!

I am a BNL customer of CESENA, for more than twenty years and I have decided to abound this bank because they have become unreliable and professional. The good eligi paying customers are treated in the same way as the bad ones, they have an arrogant attitude, but above all they make your life impossible with their absurd regulations.
Some time ago they blocked my account because I had completed an online questionnaire late, sent them to me, Crazy !!!!!
I found another bank that fully meets all my needs ... with seriousness, professionalism and competence. What can I say ...
Bnl bye bye .. to never see you again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perchè in internet ci sono ancora i numeri delle varie agenzie B N L di Cesena esposti e sono tutti diasbilitati , non vi sembra un disservizio non da poco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banca non raggiungibile telefonicamente,nonostante il servizio clienti ti rilascia il numero di una responsabile ( che risulta costantemente staccato)
Sono due volte che provo a versare lo stesso assegno nel loro sportello automatico ( e ai me per mio errore ed ignoranza) sbaglio o l’importo o la data di emissione e nessuno che si sia preoccupato minimamente a correggere tali errori (dato che comunque sarebbe comunque compito loro) e così facendo dover aspettare 8 mesi per riaverlo indietro.
Che bella evoluzione

It is two times that I try to pay the same check into their ATM (and to me by my mistake and ignorance) I am mistaken or the amount or the date of issue and no one who has bothered in the least to correct those errors (since in any case it would be however, it's their job) and in doing so having to wait 8 months to get it back.
