Non è possibile che ogni volta si viene inseguiti dalla commessa di turno e guardati male come se fossimo dei ladri. Ma che problemi avete? Anche io ho lavorato al pubblico ed è normale che ci debba essere disponibilità e attenzione al cliente. Ma non bisogna certo arrivare a farlo sentire a disagio per ogni mossa che fa. Oggi ero entrata per fare shopping, tra l'altro dovevo comprare un abito per un matrimonio in vista. Praticamente sono stata seguita dalla commessa in ogni angolo del negozio. Non mi ha nemmeno salutata, semplicemente mi guardava male a ogni passo che facevo. Sono andata via con l'ansia addosso. I'm not used to review but, after years of buying sporadically in this not-so-cheap shop ... I find myself having to review negatively. It is not possible that every time we are chased by the saleswoman on duty and looked at badly as if we were thieves. What are your problems? I also worked for the public and it is normal that there must be availability and attention to the customer. But you certainly don't have to make him feel uncomfortable with every move he makes. Today I went shopping, among other things I had to buy a dress for a wedding in sight. I was practically followed by the saleswoman in every corner of the shop. He didn't even say hello to me, he just glared at me every step I took. I left with anxiety on me.

Siamo tutti obbligati a portarla e soprattutto voi che cci lavorate. Ho speso 270 euro in un altro negozio.. Oltretutto le commesse ti stanno sempre appiccicate addosso mettendoti un'ansia impressionante! Ho preferito andarmene ad acquistare un paio di scarpe altrove. I confirm what was written by a previous review. There is a boy and a girl who ALWAYS work WITHOUT A MASK! Moreover, the orders are always stuck on you putting an impressive anxiety! Non dite ai clienti che "alcune aziende non fanno tutte le taglie" perchè poi i siti di questi stessi marchi vi smentiscono. Compreró altrove ? The staff are rude. The goods are nice and there is a wide choice, were it not for the sizes: most XS, S, at most M. Do not tell customers that "some companies do not do all sizes" because then the sites of these same brands belie you. I will buy elsewhere ?

Mi viene risposto che il buono vale altri 2 giorni (13+2=15 giorni.. anche x i buoni c’è un tot di 15 giorni dall’acquisto)…come si fa in 2 giorni a trovare qualcosa che mi piaccia e che mi stia bene che non l’ho trovato oggi? Chiedo allora se potevano vendermi una borsa di Pinko (€296) però con il 20% di sconto (oggi giornata di sconti ma sui cambi gli sconti non valgono)… mi viene risposto che gli sconti sono solo sull’abbigliamento… nel cartellone degli sconti, tra le marche scritte, c’era anche Pinko… come si fa a fare gli sconti nell’abbinamento di Pinko se non lo vendi? Non mi vedrete mai più! Tolto anche il like da Instagram x sempre… The shop, which has always been a style icon for me, was today a big disappointment ... Attenzione al conto! Mi hanno messo in scontrino un pezzo in più (95 euro) e una volta rientrata per chiedere delucidazioni, con il solito atteggiamento di superiorità, mi hanno restituito 79 euro con una spiegazione che ancora devo capire; ho lasciato perdere nel farmi sottrarre di nuovo quasi 20 euro ingiustamente perché credo che si siano commentati da soli. Complimenti invece ai dipendenti che lavorano in questi negozi perché penso che non sia facile mantenere il sorriso con i clienti in un clima del genere. Pay attention to the bill! They put an extra piece on my receipt (95 euros) and once I returned to ask for clarification, with the usual attitude of superiority, they gave me back 79 euros with an explanation that I still have to understand; I gave up on being stolen again almost 20 euro unfairly because I think they commented for themselves. Congratulations instead to the employees who work in these shops because I think it is not easy to keep a smile with customers in such an atmosphere.
