We really love this place, pizza is incredibly delicious, very nice atmosphere - interier & deep house music in the background. Staff is great, thank you guys! I recommend this place!

They were also very kind in suggesting other similar places in Milan, but I have to say that they Turonda beats them all. I wish Milan had such an outstanding place. Congratulations to this new place.

They take pizza making seriously and have many different hand crafted styles. They are all different doughs and how long they are allowed to ferment (rise). What a great experience. The Chef was super cool and friendly. I would go out of my way to eat here again. I recommend you try the pizza with charcoal. It is fabulous!!

This said, the tastes are a bit experimental, and that makes or breaks it. There are different types of dough, which is very nice that is being tested with! The gourmet dough looks black and looks very interesting! The ingredients are high quality; but at the end, what counts, is the taste. Due to some mixture of sweetness into the pizza, I unfortunately can't like it better than a regular Napoli pizza (nduja). It's nice that they try different tastes though, so 5 stars for that! The only reason for the 4 stars, is the price, which is on the high side.

Oh, how wrong were we! Literally had the best pizzas ever here - and we have had many good pizzas in Italy and other countries before. The creativity, the harmony of unique flavours, the dough… everything was literally perfect. We went to Turonda twice, two meals in a row, while we were in Ortisei because it was SO GOOD. We tried the fried dough pizza, gourmet pizza, and a couple of Napoletan pizza and all were just AMAZING. We especially loved the raw red prawn and zucchini gourmet pizza - it was an art! Also we absolutely loved the fried dough pizza - the fried dough and tomato sauce… they were just out of this world good. We had our last meal here and were in a hurry as we had to catch a bus, but they were so accommodating and made everything quick so that we could catch the bus. We will definitely come back to Ortisei for this place! It’s worth coming to Ortisei for the pizza here… really.
