Fortuna mia che non giudico mai un libro dalla copertina e, soprattutto, da una prima lettura. Entrato all'interno, quello che mi ha accolto è stato un ambiente tipico degli anni '90, molto spazioso, organizzato e pulito. Per chi non ci è mai stato può credere di dover pranzare seduto su questo isolotto posto al centro della sala all'ingresso, invece cambiando ambiente si trova la sala adibita al ristorante; anch'esso richiama allo stesso stile. Il responsabile della sala, Sandro, è stato oltremodo gentile, preparato e molto disponibile e oltre alle qualità già elencate, Sandro è stato un'ottima guida nella proposta dei piatti che si son rivelati gustosi e di indubbia qualità. Di sicuro la maggior parte delle persone non arriverà a leggere la fine di questa noiosa recensione ma non importa... le 5 stelle parlano da sè. Grazie mille per il buonissimo pranzo, ritornerò di sucuro! When, from a local bar, I was advised to have lunch at "Buccarella Carburanti" it was not clear to me what I would have eaten. My luck that I never judge a book by its cover and, above all, by a first reading. Once inside, what welcomed me was a typical 1990s environment, very spacious, organized and clean. For those who have never been there can believe they have to have lunch sitting on this small island at the center of the entrance hall, instead changing the room is the room used for the restaurant; it also recalls the same style. The manager of the room, Sandro, was extremely kind, prepared and very helpful and besides the qualities already listed, Sandro was an excellent guide in the proposal of the dishes that turned out to be tasty and of undoubted quality. Certainly most people will not get to read the end of this boring review but it doesn't matter ... the 5 stars speak for themselves. Thank you so much for the delicious lunch, I will return to sucuro!

Mentre tutti ha fatto orari normali buccarella è sempre aperto e rimane e sarà nella storia the number 1 I think the whole Salento is grateful to the meeting as well as an excellent bed and breakfast bar restaurant. While everyone has done normal hours, buccarella is always open and remains and will be the number 1 in history
