R	Roberta Immesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo una brutta esperienza... da premettere che siamo arrivati sul posto come da indicazioni 10 minuti prima dell'orario dell'appuntamento (16;30) la ragazza della reception ci dice che dobbiamo acquistare un kit di ciabatte+guanto e sostiene di avercelo comunicato al telefono (cosa non vera) ma andiamo avanti.. durante il percorso del bagno turco (durata 1 ora e mezza) ci viene detto dopo appena mezz'ora di accelerare i tempi in quanto la ragazza che si occupa di gestire la sala è sola e per cui non avrebbe fatto in tempo a pensare al trattamento per ognuno di noi (eravamo in 3) e si ritrova costretta a chiamare un ragazzo che collabora lì con loro per effettuare sul mio amico il trattamento dei fanghi (ringraziandolo per l'aiuto e da qui capiamo che il ragazzo in questione solitamente svolge altra mansione...) ma andiamo alla ciliegina : vi offrono delle caramelle dentro un barattolo con dei moscerini all'interno!!! Unica nota positiva il massaggio relax è ottimo ma onestamente ci sono altre strutture più pulite e organizzate che con molto meno effettuano dei massaggi relax validi . Noi gli abbiamo lasciato solamente la bellezza di 300€ in 3. MAI PIU !!!

A parte la puzza che c'è lì dentro, la vasca idromassaggio praticamente inesistente per quanto è piccola che con il tempo che avevamo non siamo nemmeno risciuti a godercela perché c'era sempre gente. Trovo assurdo che facciano pagare anche il kit quando molti posti lo danno gratis. Che tra parentesi l'asciugamano era pure macchiato. La ragazza alla reception che voglia di lavorare portami via. Musica inesistente. Ambiente antico. Unica nota positiva è stato il servizio delle ragazze del bagno turco e il thè alla fine. Ma a sto punto me lo vado a prenderle in sala da thè It all sounded cool but it was a bad experience. Apart from the smell that is in there, the whirlpool tub is practically non-existent for how small it is that with the time we had we didn't even get to enjoy it because there were always people. I find it absurd that they also charge for the kit when many places give it for free. That by the way the towel was also stained. The girl at the reception who wants to work take me away. Music does not exist. Ancient environment. The only positive note was the service of the girls in the Turkish bath and the tea at the end. But at this point I'm going to get them in the tea room

E	Emilia P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience in the Palermo hammam. €84 per couple on a Thursday which included flip flops, exfoliating glove, water massage, oil massage, steam room and jacuzzi, along with tea and biscuits at the end. We spent two hours here and loved it. Staff were lovely and spoke really good English which helped as we had fairly poor Italian.
L	Lisette Bakker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible experience! A hammam should be a place where you can relax in your free time, especially if you work 65 hours a week. The secretary was so incredibly rude to me, I couldn’t believe it, especially her attitude towards me. I booked an appointment and even had a confirmation but when I arrived she denied me and said “oh the secretary from this morning must’ve made a mistake. You cannot enter.” I went out of this place more stressed than I was when I walked in. Such a waste of time and energy. I have rarely been treated in such a way and can only advise you to save the money and go relax on the beach instead, this is definitely not worth it.
M	Meriem Djazouli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Turkish Bath ritual is great and I had the chance to have Antonella take care of me, not only she is professional and good but she genuinely cares, and that makes a great difference! I was really well taken care of. The relaxing room where you take the tea is lovely, the tea is yummy (I had Moulin Rouge). I spent 4h in total and while I was having a horrible day (angry &frustrated) before I went there, I left like a new person... as if my bad mood never existed! Thank you very much to all the staff for making the place great and a big thanks to Antonella for making the moment unforgettable!
