Mia mamma ed io avevamo prenotato lunedì mattina per il sabato successivo, due pedicure allo stesso orario.. arrivate in sede ci hanno detto che mancava una delle due ragazze e che una delle due doveva rinunciare, ho rinunciato io per poter far sistemare i piedi alla mia mamma e ci hanno risposto: no , possiamo fare i piedi della ragazza così ci mettiamo meno tempo , perché con la signora ci metteremmo di più... ma la professionalità dov'è? Non solo non ci avete MAI chiamato per avvertirci del mancato appuntamento, in più avete deciso voi chi doveva essere vostra cliente. AVETE PERSO DUE CLIENTI! VI FARÒ UNA CATTIVISSIMA PUBBLICITÀ....PESSIMI PESSIMI PESSIMI !!
BAD! Not only have you NEVER called us to warn us of the missed appointment, you have also decided who your client should be. YOU HAVE LOST TWO CUSTOMERS! I WILL GIVE YOU A BAD ADVERTISING .... BAD BAD BAD !!

Dopo avere preso appuntamento una settimana prima e acconsentito, previa telefonata, all'anticipo dell'appuntamento di due ore, appena arrivo (tra l'altro da fuori città) il ragazzo alla reception mi dice che l'appuntamento è annullato e non mi hanno potuto avvertire... E perché??? Il numero lo avevano!! L 'altra ragazza presente, Adele, che non sta facendo nulla, mi lascia comunque aspettare mezz'ora inutilmente perché ha un successivo appuntamento e, se inizia con me, rischia di fare aspettare 10 minuti gli altri clienti e non è giusto! Io invece posso tornare un altro giorno, nonostante siano in torto loro! (i clienti tra l'altro arrivano in ritardo e ciò le avrebbe consentito di fare il lavoro. In realtà si scocciava continuando a ripetere che il problema non era suo!). In più mi dicono che mi avrebbero richiamata se facevano in tempo e ancora aspetto!! Vergogna! Pessima gestione, scarsa professionalità, grande maleducazione e nessuna attenzione per il cliente.
Not serious center and extremely rude and arrogant staff ... After having made an appointment a week before and agreed, after a phone call, to advance the appointment by two hours, as soon as I arrive (among other things from out of town) the guy at the reception he tells me that the appointment is canceled and they couldn't warn me ... And why ??? They had the number !! The other girl present, Adele, who is not doing anything, still lets me wait half an hour in vain because she has a later appointment and, if she starts with me, she risks making other customers wait 10 minutes and that's not fair! But I can come back another day, even though they are wrong! (The clients arrive late and that would have allowed her to do the job. In fact, she was annoyed by repeating that the problem was not hers!). Plus they tell me that they would call me back if they made it in time and I still wait !! Shame! Bad management, poor professionalism, great rudeness and no attention to the customer.
