B	Beth Rota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quaint rustic lodging close to Randazzo. Park like setting with walking trails. Rooms have wifi and modernized bathrooms. Restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Very nice staff, helpful and make good recommendations about the surrounding towns.

It's one of these places you hope it will never be discovered by tourists, to keep it the typical Italian family-restaurant it is.
C	Christian Drangsholt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent two lovely nights here while visiting Etna and Randazzo. This place is really cozy and has a lovely surrounding park and forest that has been kept in a natural but beautiful state. As I understand it, the father of the sisters now running things has played a key role in revitalising a great family estate. The park would make a spectacular scene for a social gathering such as a wedding or birthday celebration. The rooms are very spacious, rustic in design, but clean and functional and the bathrooms are modernised a bit to keep you comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and served a nice breakfast for us in the beautiful courtyard. Due to us having made other bookings and a busy schedule we sadly didn't get to try the restaurant located on the premises, which confusingly bears the same name as another restaurant down the road that we did try. But it has gotten some praise. Also right next door is Donnafugata's Cantina in Etna which could also be worth a visit. A very cosy stay and the park and surrounding area is beautiful. Be mindful that you do need a car to get around in the etna valley as there are limited taxi services. Highly recommend this lovely place if you're looking for a serene stay in the North Etna Valley.

The very friendly staff will help you finding and booking restaurants, vineyards visits in the area and Etna tours. The rooms are very nice and the gardens are beautiful. There is also a nice restaurant. Definitely recommended.
L	Lydia J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic full course dinner with reasonable price! Really recommend people to eat here rather in Taormina. Only 30 Euro for full course dinner. The black pork was sensational ? They are using local ingridients so you can taste Porchini that are grown in Etna and many more. Up till now this is the best Sicilian dishes that we've ever had. The owner is so friendly and always ask if we need anything else. Will definitely come back and would love to stay at their hotel as well.

Fun piece of trivia, the pyramid on the property is a convenient stack of the volcanic stone that was cleared from the rest of the property, so is just a disposal method, not a religious or cultural structure. The restaurant on site is fabulous. Very good lunch menu. With warning, it can accommodate large parties (we had 20) There is a nice winery next door. They have vineyards on 4 different properties around the island. Very nice wines. Internationally recognized.

Its a family owned property, the management has been so kind and available for any request we had. Food was great for both breakfast and dinner. The whole experience was absolutely excellent. I highly recommend this structure for its position too, right below the Etna volcano and surrounded by vineyards. Rooms were very clean and had the perfect rural atmosphere.
