La casa adesso è perfetta!!! Sono stati veramente bravi: puntuali, organizzati, educati, rispettosi dell'ambiente, precisi e attenti ai dettagli.

An excellent service! I had a house to clean up (abandoned for years) in terrible conditions. They came and did a miracle.
The house is perfect now !!! They were really good: punctual, organized, polite, respectful of the environment, precise and attentive to detail.

Purtroppo stavolta non si sono rivelati altrettanto professionali: mi dicono oggi di non poter fare un lavoro concordato fra 2 giorni. Capisco che con le sanificazioni ci guadagnate di più, bastava non prendersi l'impegno per questo lavoro. Peccato, avete perso un cliente.
I contacted this company after a positive experience 5 years ago. Unfortunately, this time they have not turned out to be as professional: they tell me today that they cannot do a job agreed in 2 days. I understand that with the sanitisations you earn more, it was enough not to make a commitment for this job. Too bad, you lost a customer.
