In data odierna mi reco da Turbo foto per sei stampe di foto in formato jpeg salvate su chiavetta usb e la proprietaria mi fa notare, con aria saccente, che le foto non si posso stampare perché secondo lei sono in formato grezzo o la chiavetta non funziona. Per dimostrarle il contrario prendo il mio portatile e le faccio notare che la chiavetta funziona benissimo e le foto sono in estensione jpg (che è il solo formato che loro considerano per la stampa). Nonostante ciò trasferisco le suddette foto su un’altra chiavetta che sembra andare e la proprietaria insiste nuovamente con fare scortese e maleducato che la chiavetta precedentemente usata non funzionava (faccio comunque presente che i terminali da loro usati hanno come minimo 20 anni). In ogni caso le foto stampate sono di qualità discreta ma il servizio è pessimo e lo sconsiglio caldamente. In this shop arrogance and presumption reign supreme. Dopo un paio di minuti senza essere considerata, provo spontaneamente a capire tramite il sistema, come stampare le suddette. Vengo aggredita verbalmente e redarguita con frasi tipo "ma cosa stai facendo?", "non toccare", "credi sia un self service qua?". Alche sbalordita mi sposto dall'apparecchio ma continuo ad essere trattata malissimo con fare arrogante. Dopo 10 minuti che non vengo più considerata, chiedo al titolare se questi sono i modi di parlare ad una signora, ma, nonostante il mio monito continuo ad essere trattata malissimo. Mi allontano sconsolata senza aver stampato le foto. Siamo clieti regolari del centro commerciale, è assurdo non vengano presi provvedimenti per un'attività così mal gestita.Maleducati! Luogo sconsigliato, consiglio a tutti di cercare un altro negozio. Se potessi mettere 0 stelle, le metterei.
