Dopo quattro tentativi di riparare il mio lava pavimenti mi sono recata presso un’altro centro assistenza Lodi Walter di San Bonifacio e mi hanno risolto subito il problema! rude, not competent, inexperienced! After four attempts to repair my floor cleaner I went to another Lodi Walter service center in San Bonifacio and they immediately solved the problem!

C	Cristian Dilauro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile ma poco professionale. Sono stato in questo centro assistenza perché a mio parere il mio boccale non arriva a temperatura waroma. Dopo averlo lasciato visionare mi viene detto di cambiarlo perché gli ugelli sono usurati, meglio un utilizzo solo per tritare. A casa utilizzo quello nuovo e noto che l’indicatore cromatico comunque raggiunge la stessa soglia di quello vecchio. Riporto il boccale al negozio spiegando il tutto e mi viene detto che mi è stato consigliato/suggerito il cambio di boccale perché tra 6/12 mesi si sarebbero usurati ancor di più gli ugelli... scusa?!?! Se devo cambiarlo tra 6/12 mesi lo farò a tempo debito... classica operazione poco professionale per fare vendite! Ho richiesto più volte un buono del valore del nuovo boccale (138.50€) da utilizzare con altri prodotti Vorwerk, non un rimborso, ma nulla di fatto! I prodotti non si discutono ma questo servizio assistenza non è all’altezza del marchio. 30/3/2022 Utilizzo tutt’ora il vecchio boccale e sono passati più di 3 anni. Non c’è altro da aggiungere! Friendly but unprofessional staff. I have been to this service center because in my opinion my mug does not reach waroma temperature. After having let it be viewed, I am told to change it because the nozzles are worn, better a use only for mincing. At home I use the new one and I notice that the color indicator still reaches the same threshold as the old one. I take the mug back to the shop explaining everything and I am told that I was advised / suggested to change the mug because in 6/12 months the nozzles would be worn even more ... sorry?!?! If I have to change it in 6/12 months I will do it in due time ... classic unprofessional operation to make sales! I have requested several times for a voucher worth the new mug (€ 138.50) to be used with other Vorwerk products, not a refund, but nothing! The products are not discussed but this assistance service is not up to the mark. 30/3/2022 I still use the old mug and it's been more than 3 years. There is nothing else to add!

Ho fatto la revisione al mio ultimo Bimby tm6 e come l’ho usato a casa si è tranciato il gruppo coltelli… una fatalità? Mah sono anni che uso Bimby e non mi era mai successo e poi non rientra nella garanzia! Comprato da un’altro concessionario col piffero che metterò ancora piede in quel negozio…. The boy with the hoarse voice was kind, the other absolutely not! I revised my last Thermomix tm6 and when I used it at home the knife group was cut off ... a fatality? Well I've been using Thermomix for years and it had never happened to me and then it is not covered by the warranty! Bought from another dealer with a fife who will set foot in that shop again ....

Ma trovare un dipendente che non mi risolve il problema di un aspirapolvere vk 200 comprata nel 2018,e mi sbolognare dicendomi che ho bruciato il motore xche non uso i sacchetti non originali e me la tiene ferma x 2 settimane in deposito e x non risolvermi neppure il problema che riparata era solo un filo staccato nel manico ??non dico altro I'm sorry for the other employees ...
