Entrata in negozio ho chiesto alla giovane e gentile commessa informazioni ma mentre lei provava a rispondere all'unica cliente presente( ME), una collega più anziana continuava imperterrita a parlare di questioni di lavoro impedendo di fatto alla giovane commessa di essere a disposizione della cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come tutti i negozi monobrand di Bari è poco fornito e inoltre la posizione seminterrata del reparto maschile è troppo scomoda e angusta. Non ci tornerò. Ieri stavo per comprare un paio di pantaloncini. Sia in vetrina che sul cartellino c era un prezzo indicato, in cassa il prezzo era maggiore di 30 euro.
Like all monobrand shops in Bari, it is poorly supplied and also the basement position of the men's department is too uncomfortable and cramped. I will not go back. Yesterday I was going to buy a pair of shorts. Both in the window and on the tag there was a price indicated, at the cashier the price was greater than 30 euros.

Tutto il personale , indipendente da chi si venga serviti, riesce sempre a capire le nostre esigenze e con molta pazienza ci seguono passo passo dandoci i giusti consigli . Se volete fare dell ottimo shopping, indossare un brand storico del made in Italy, entrate in negozio e ne uscirete con le buste in mano !!
We always gladly return to the Boutique because finding such a trained staff is a fundamental detail. All the staff, independent of who is served, always manages to understand our needs and with a lot of patience they follow us step by step giving us the right advice. If you want to do some great shopping, wear a historic Made in Italy brand, enter the store and you will leave with the bags in your hand !!

Le commesse (ho avuto la fortuna di avere a che fare con 3 diverse signorine) sono di una sgarbatezza infinita, maleducate e scorbutiche, a mala pena rispondono, sbuffano quando fai delle semplici domande o chiedi un numero di scarpa che non è su (e quindi devono andare al piano di sotto a prenderle....) (ma non sono pagate per aiutare il cliente?!?), non danno retta manco a pagarle, guardano male come se fossi una formica da schiacciare sotto i piedi. Non meriterebbero nemmeno una stella, se non fosse per l'unico commesso (il signore) che nonostante stesse già servendo altre persone mi ha dato retta per 10 miseri secondi.
I do not know where to begin. The shop assistants (I was lucky enough to have to deal with 3 different young ladies) are endlessly rude, rude and grumpy, barely answering, snorting when you ask simple questions or ask for a shoe size that is not on (and so they have to go downstairs to get them ... They wouldn't even deserve a star, if it weren't for the only salesman (the gentleman) who, despite being already serving other people, listened to me for a measly 10 seconds.
