L'ho riportato indietro per farmelo controllare e dopo 5 giorni me lo hanno restituito dicendo che non c'erano problemi. Ho controllato la cronologia del computer dal mio keylogger e risulta che gli operatori della Trony non lo hanno neanche acceso il laptop. Falsa assistenza. Ho chiamato la HP da solo e mi sono fatto spedire una scheda di rete nuova. A mai più questo negozio. QUESTO È SUCCESSO UN PO DI TEMPO FA, ANCHE SE HO LASCIATO LA RECENSIONE ADESSO. E NON HO SBAGLIATO NEGOZIO, HO ANCORA LA SCATOLA CON LO SCONTRINO. FORSE LO STAFF È CAMBIATO DA QUELLA VOLTA MA QUEL CHE È SUCCESSO È SUCCESSO. They sold me a laptop with a bad network card. I brought it back to have it checked and after 5 days they returned it to me saying there was no problem. I checked the computer history from my keylogger and it turns out that the Trony operators didn't even turn on the laptop. False assistance. I called HP myself and got a new network card shipped. To never visit this shop again. THIS HAPPENED A LONG TIME AGO, EVEN THOUGH I LEFT THE REVIEW NOW. AND I HAVE NOT WRONG SHOP, I STILL HAVE THE BOX WITH THE RECEIPT. MAYBE THE STAFF HAS CHANGED SINCE THAT TIME BUT WHAT HAPPENED HAS HAPPENED.

Recentemente ho acquistato un Samsung A51 e un Portatile, finalmente potrò fare uso della tavoletta grafica regalatami un annetto fa. Grazie ragazzi! Highly recommended, I don't happen to buy electronic items on a daily basis, but I am satisfied with the courtesy with which I am treated, both as regards personally and for their efficiency. I recently bought a Samsung A51 and a Laptop, I will finally be able to make use of the graphics tablet given to me a year ago. Thank you guys!

Grazie Andrea e a tutto lo staff, anche perchè tutti gli altri prodotti, tra cui un cellulare Samsung, mi sono stati indicati non da lui ma dal suo staff molto competente. Ci vediamo presto per altri acquisti During the Christmas holidays I bought several products, especially a Lg TV, Andrea was, as usual, perfect and precise in showing me the right solution; after 10 days I can say that the purchase was perfect and everyone in the family is very satisfied. Thanks Andrea and all the staff, also because all the other products, including a Samsung mobile phone, were indicated to me not by him but by his very competent staff. Ciascun dipendente, proteso alla massima disponibilità, attenzione, gentilezza che pare veramente irreale. I miei più grandi complimenti a questa SQUADRA che merita 10 stelle sotto ogni punto di vista, compreso il professionale ??????
S	Sofia Corti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche giorno fa ero in negozio per acqistare una tv ed un ragazzo e una signora si stavano lamentando con il titolare (presumo)per avegli venduto una Playstation usata spacciandola per nuova. Il signore è andato su tutte le furie gridando come un matto senza nemmeno ascoltare le loro ragioni al che me me sono andata senza comprare nulla perché quello non è il modo di trattare i clienti e non bisogna truffare nessuno. A mai piu. Vorrei specificare che la persona con cui ha parlato telefonicamente non ero io! A few days ago I was in the shop to buy a TV and a boy and a lady were complaining to the owner (I presume) for having sold him a used Playstation passing it off as new. The gentleman went on a rampage screaming like crazy without even listening to their reasons so I went without buying anything because that is not the way to treat customers and no one should be scammed. To never again. I would like to specify that the person he spoke to on the phone was not me!
