Grande assortimento, prezzi in linea con gli altri negozi della Catena. Purtroppo le informazioni sbagliate fornitemi da un commesso mi hanno costretto a fare un reso... sarebbe necessaria maggiore competenza sugli articoli che si vendono...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio di assistenza pessimo, non è possibile che arrivino a riattaccarti (si sentono rumori di sottofondo di negozio e poi magicamente cade la linea) senza poter parlare con nessuno.
Inoltre si affidano a ditte esterne per le riparazioni senza sapere minimamente le tempistiche o i numeri di telefono (mi è stato dato un contatto sbagliato rallentando ulteriormente i tempi di riparazione).
Prezzi buoni ma altamente sconsigliato
Bad customer service, they can't get to hang up (you hear background noises from the shop and then the line magically drops) without being able to talk to anyone.
They also rely on external companies for repairs without knowing the timing or telephone numbers in the least (I was given a wrong contact, slowing down the repair times further).
Good prices but highly discouraged

Mettono prodotti in offerta con tanto di cartello affisso vicino gli articoli dello sconto alla cassa rispetto al prezzo dell'etichetta e poi ti dicono che si sono sbagliati a etichettare i prodotti. Togliendo solo 5€. Dal normale prezzo per poi apacciartelo come un grande affare!!! Ciao belli......? PS mentre eravamo alle prese con i nostri acquisti altre persone discutevano per lo stesso motivo per altro prodotto, che dire di più
