T	Tonia Scopece on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione a non acquistare le moto pit bike 125 sono di bassa qualità ,in 2 mesi è uscita la ruggine e si è rotto il telaio. Il responsabile diceva che era coperta da garanzia ma quel tipo di moto non è coperta dalla garanzia dell’unione Europea, è prodotta in Germania ,quindi fatevi mettere per iscritto tutto quello che vi dice perché così vi truffano come hanno truffato me. Il responsabile è un cafone e maleducato, prima dice che la moto viene sostituita e poi la ripara senza la mia autorizzazione e pretende il pagamento della riparazione. Dopo mi ha minacciata di non tornare ad infastidirlo o mi avrebbe aumentato la riparazione fino anche a 200 euro .Viste le altre recensioni per il responsabile è routine rispondere in malo modo alla clientela. Con questa persona ogni cosa andrebbe registrata ve lo consiglio. Se avessi potuto non avrei messo neanche una stella.I fatti sono questi dimostrati con foto prima e dopo la saldatura tra l’altro fatta da cani. Se la moto era sporca di fango è perché è stata usata e comunque è stata acquistata per essere usata e non come modellino. La foto intera è al momento del ritiro e si vede benissimo che le ruote non sono usurate come ha detto lui. La moto nello specifico è una moto off road si studi un po’ l’inglese e mi dica che significa “OFF ROAD”. Ripeto che con tutte queste recensioni negative si commenta da solo Be careful not to buy the 125 pit bikes, they are of low quality, in 2 months the rust came out and the frame broke. If the bike was dirty with mud it is because it was used and in any case it was bought to be used and not as a model. The whole photo is at the time of collection and it is clear that the wheels are not worn as he said. The bike specifically is an off road bike, study English a little and tell me what it means "OFF ROAD". I repeat that with all these negative reviews it speaks for itself

Al primo inconveniente ad aprile ho trovato Valerio che è stato disponibile e preparato, mi ha aiutato a risolvere il problema e ora la bici è ritornata a funzionare perfettamente. Consiglio sia per la vendita che per l'assistenza per me sono 5 stelle meritate! What to say? Perfect experience I bought my e-bike in November.
