★ ★ ★ ★ ★ da evitare per sempre, non sono per nulla professionali, molto superficiali, sono davvero deluso da questo venditore, 14€ per una spedizione e poi spediscono con poste italiane, in grandissimo ritardo e trovano la scusa del numero civico, peccato che anche io lavoro e non sono attaccato ad un pc ad attendere una mail perchè non sa usare un telefono comune per mandarmi un sms o una telefonata per dirmi"manca il numero civico per la spedizione" non è colpa mia se ha un sistema web e-commerce scadente che non memorizza i numeri civici. dovevo acquistare secondo lui tramite paypal così da pagargli anche le commissioni o perdere mezza giornata di lavoro per andare in posta e caricargli una postepay! mai più davvero, se è così che si interessa dei clienti mi rivolgo altrove dove il prezzo è comparato al servizio non come quì prezzi bassi e servizio pessimo. mi spiace davvero ma i 2500€ di apparecchiature radio dopo questa esperienza li andrò a spendere dove esiste un VERO servizio al cliente.
to be avoided forever, they are not at all professional, very superficial, I am really disappointed by this seller, € 14 for a shipment and then they send with Italian post, in great delay and find the excuse of the house number, too bad that I also work and I'm not attached to a PC waiting for an email because he can't use a common phone to send me a text message or a phone call to tell me "the house number is missing for shipping" it's not my fault if he has a poor e-commerce web system that doesn't stores house numbers. I had to buy according to him through paypal so as to pay him the commissions or lose half a day of work to go to the post and load a postepay! never really again, if this is how you are interested in customers, I turn elsewhere where the price is compared to the service, not as low prices and bad service here. I'm really sorry but the € 2,500 of radio equipment after this experience I will go to spend it where there is REAL customer service.
