★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venditore"SSangyong" non professionale , sgarbato. ho chiamato Poichè ho visto una SSangyong Tivoli modello dream conosco la concessionaria Poichè anni addietro facevo i tagliandi ad una Volvo officina Efficentissima...per questo ho telefonato da Chieti li. ho chiesto la versione gpl ma il venditore parlava come se stesse mangiando qualcosa alla domanda mia se aveva l impianto gpl di serie non capendo quello che diceva .. lui mi ha detto" ma glielo ho detto due secondi fà.. tutto acido e seccato non mi ha voluto dare neanche il prezzo di listino mi ha detto venga qui in concessionaria . una azienda come Tribuzi dovrebbe educare i propri venditori .

Puntualissimi...vedono la macchina e notano un piccolo problema. Risolto in 15 min. Essendo cosa di poco conto (a loro dire)...non hanno voluto nulla. Che dire: onestà, celerità e grande cortesia. Mi spiace per non aver pensato di offrirgli almeno un caffè...grazie mille per tutto!

Mi si è accesa una spia due giorni prima dal rientro dalle ferie, nonostante fossero pieni hanno trovato subito un momento per fare la diagnosi in modo da poter eventualmente far arrivare dei pezzi nel caso ci fosse qualcosa da riparare o dirmi se potevo rientrare tranquillo. Non era niente di grave, hanno resettato l'allarme, non hanno voluto niente e sono rientrato a casa perfettamente.
Almeno ricompenso con la recensione!
