Mi ha sistemato la macchina in tempi record, sia nell’ ordinare il pezzo di ricambio che per il montaggio. A distanza di circa un anno e mezzo, il pezzo sostituito ha avuto un problema di fabbrica. Ho richiamato l’officina, (devo ammettere ero un po’ scettico) e il proprietario, senza esitare e dubitare delle mie parole, mi ha spedito a sue spese il ricambio nuovo originale presso la mia concessionaria Ford, facendosi carico sia del pagamento del pezzo di ricambio, della manodopera e le spese per il ritiro del pezzo sostituito, per un totale di circa € 350,00. Che dire… Semplicemente una persona onesta, disponibile professionalmente, coscienziosa”... Grazie ancora, consigliatissimo. Professional, honest and attentive to customer needs. I was on vacation with my family, I had to leave and I had problems with my Ford CMax car. He fixed the machine for me in record time, both in ordering the spare part and for assembly. I called the workshop, (I must admit I was a bit skeptical) and the owner, without hesitating and doubting my words, sent me the new original part at his expense at my Ford dealership, taking care of both the payment of the part spare parts, labor and the costs for the collection of the replaced part, for a total of approximately € 350.00. What can I say ... Simply an honest person, professionally available, conscientious "... Thanks again, highly recommended.
