β β β β β I got here at 0615 and the airport was almost empty. No luggage just the security and COVID documents checked, as long as you have your documents ready (for me a US CDC card worked fine and my PLF) you can get through nice and quick. Coffee bistro inside with a great cappuccino.

β β β β β Worst airport experience in my life. We received Ryanair notification that it might get crowded and we need to show up ~3h before departure to make sure we pass security checks on time. However, if you arrive this early and the queue is not that long, you end up being packed inside the very small waiting hall where you can hardly find a place to stand, not to even mention almost non-existent sitting places. On the other hand, if you ignore this warning you might end up in a crazy long and slow queue with a risk of missing your flight, so it's a lose-lose situation.
It seems that the size of this airport is only fit to service 1 flight at a time at best.

β β β β β Good little airport, takes very little time to get through to the gate, not much seating at the gate so donβt go through too early.
Even though little airport, is utterly chaotic on arrival. Possibly the worst I have ever been through. Staff impatient and rude, exit to arrivall/departure gates totally inadequate for the amount of people travelling at busy times. Just not up to the job. Unable and seemingly unwilling to cope with the passenger numbers passing through.

β β β β β This airport is not fit for servicing large numbers of people. It's far too small for the number of the flights that they are trying to fit in. Long queues everywhere!!!! Had to edit this review again as it got even worse when crossed into Duty Free. Even longer queue to the passport control.
It is official: by far the worst airport experience ever!

β β β β β One hour extra waiting just to get to the green pass control. Only two out of four security checks open. They just have no capacity. Or good will. Embarrassing.

β β β β β Terrible experience. The staff very rude. Then I paid for the fast track, but I had to queue endlessly at the check-in desk for document control even though I only had cabin luggage, paid for the fast track and there were two at the security control entrance. of the staff to do nothing. Also, no safety distance. All piled up without any respect for covid rules

β β β β β Small and cozy airport. Great transport connection to Venice. There are buses every 30 minutes. The price of the ticket is only 12 euros.

β β β β β A very small airport, mainly for flying with low-cost airlines. At 6am, there was almost no one in the entire airport, so the security scan took about 2 minutes. Friendly staff. Make sure to throw your water bottle away since that is strictly prohibited.
The airport is not open until 6am. There is no place to wait outside if you come earlier, so keep that in mind. It's closed from 23:00-6:00.
