Very efficient checking by BA, organised security no huge queues at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check-in desk opened around 20 minutes too late. Then it took another 30 minutes to check in our family of 5 and 3 suitcases. Some had to show the green pass, others not.
Next hurdle: at security we had to take the family lane because of the baby stroller, but there was nobody to open the gate so another 10 minutes waiting...
Last issue, at boarding, our boarding pass was not accepted, because the lady at the desk selected a wrong flight when opening the gate...
Bottomline, incompetent personel, weak security checks, ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice. The staff, the places inside the airport and the cleaning all are great.
Outside the gates area, there are many seats equipped with USB inlets and blugs so you can charge your electronic devices. Moreover, during security screening you do not need to take your shoes off (high knee boots) as it happens in other airports because it hes certain device for this purpose so they can screen your boots without take them off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean. Relatively quick security. Very little to do, not many shops or selection. Whilst it has had a "make over", it's not a place you want to spend too long of time. Some staff friendly. Near city centre which is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The airport is redone In a modern way. Like all airports you first enter the shopping area and eventually get to see the gates with the aircraft. It is more of a shopping experience than a trip to the airport. Its clean and the only small complaint is the line at the security that moves so slowly.

Also very good coffee and breakfast options.
Close to the city center, we took the Bus 73 from Duomo and it took us about 25 mins. You can pay for the ticket inside the bus with a card, the driver told us you need one card per person to pay for the bus ride.
The airport seems to very well lit and clean. It's not a very big airport but one of the pretty ones and also very convenient.
