da cliente professionale di Parking Go Malpensa che mediamente lo utilizza 2/3 volte mese sono a rilevare come negli ultimi mesi la qualità del servizio sia scesa ad un livello inaccettabile.
L'ultimo parcheggio di domenica 10 e lunedì 11 è iniziato con l'unica impiegata che nonostante la coda di chi doveva fare il check in continuava imperterrita a contabilizzare gli scontrini. per concludersi il lunedì successivo al ritiro dell'auto dove non era parcheggiata dove avevano detto ma hanno impiegato più di 20 minuti per trovarla. Obbligandoci alle ore 24 ad una attesa a dir poco fastidiosa.
Sono costretto a cambiare parcheggio per non incorrere in questi continui disservizi.

As a professional customer of Parking Go Malpensa who uses it on average 2/3 times a month, I have found that in recent months the quality of the service has dropped to an unacceptable level.
The last parking lot on Sunday 10 and Monday 11 began with the only employee who, despite the queue of those who had to check in, continued undaunted to count the receipts. to end on the Monday following the collection of the car where it was not parked where they said but it took them more than 20 minutes to find it. Forcing us to wait at midnight to say the least annoying.
I am forced to change parking in order not to incur these continuous inefficiencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho aspettato sotto la neve 5 navette prima di riuscire ad andare a recuperare la mia auto nonostante fossi il primo in coda, le prime navette caricavano gente a caso senza ordine di chiamata, per cui le persone salite erano le ultime arrivate, le ultime navette invece andavano in ordine di chiamata e caricavano sempre gli ultimi arrivati visto che sono stato uno dei primi a chiamare. consiglio vivamente di dare una linea guida agli autisti da seguire e non lavorare completamente a caso. per il resto andata bene ma si sono rovinati per questo episodio.
I waited under the snow for 5 shuttles before being able to go and retrieve my car even though I was the first in the queue, the first shuttles loaded random people with no call order, so the people on board were the last ones arrived, the last shuttles instead they went in order of calling and always loaded the latest arrivals since I was one of the first to call. I highly recommend giving a guideline for drivers to follow and not working completely at random. otherwise it went well but they got ruined for this episode.

I left my car at ParkinGo for a weekend (Saturday - Tuesday) in December 2017 when it was snowing. When I return, I discovered my car with both windows open?! There was snow and ice in the doors, on the seats and both carpets were covered in mud (driver and passenger)! I wish I took a picture of the mileage/kilometres on my car before... because I am confident somebody took it for a joy ride (possibly because my car is english and modified). Very very disappointing
